The IER 1000 rotative incinerator is designed, equipped, projected and built to operate continuously over a 24-hour period with an average waste incineration rate of 12 tons of waste per day.
The operating principle of such an incinerator is based on the rotation of the combustion chamber, which causes the continuous reduction of the material subject to incineration and thus the acceleration of the dehydration and incineration processes.
According to the technical norms, the IER 1000 type oven with two combustion chambers is provided with two independent burners so that the gases and suspended materials, resulting from the primary combustion from the rotary combustion chamber, pass into the post-combustion chamber fixed, where they will retain and destroy any gases and particles in suspension. The burners that equip the rotary incinerator, work on methane gas and are ordered by an electronic controller.
This ensures a residence time for the gas combustion (minimum 2 seconds, according to the legislation in force) in the fixed post-combustion chamber, which leads to a proper / complete combustion, and moreover, the emission values fall in the requirements of the Romanian and European legislation in force.
The IER 1000 rotative incinerator consists of:
Two-chamber burner combustion:
1.1. Rotary combustion chamber, primary combustion;
1.2. Fixed post-combustion chamber, secondary combustion;
3. Additional air distribution system;
4. Fuel distribution plant;
5. Automation installation;
6. Continuous and automatic waste feed system;
7. Automatic ash evacuation system;
8. Heat Recovery, air-to-air type;
9. Wet-dry scrubber system;
10.Particulate dry filtration system;
11.Exhaust for exhaust of combustion gases;
12.Smoke box (flue gas outlet).
