Technical specifications:
- Range of working temperatures: (200 ... 1300) oC;
- Ovens have a metallic casing and a base;
- Thermal insulation with ceramic fiber products;
- Electrical heating with KANTHAL wire resistors, mounted on the side walls and on the hearth;
- Ovens are equipped with a temperature controller that provides the following features:
- Digital display of the programmed sizes;
- Heating speed (ramp): programmable;
- Stop heating and stop signal sound program.
- Manually operated door with vertical movement;
- Automatic protection against: thermocouple failure, overtemperature, door opening and malfunction of electronic equipment.
Accessories:
- serial communication RS 323 or RS 458;
- oil or water pools
- soft-editing computer diagrams transferable to the temperature controller, allowing editing and visualization of the heat treatment process diagram on the computer;
- protective plate to avoid oven wear.
Water heating basin:
The product may have the following technical characteristics:
- Workspace dimensions: 500 x 500 x 600 mm (LxWxH).
- Double room with insulation to maintain temperature.
- The outer metal housing is painted and the stainless steel interior case.
- Temperature probe in the enclosure.
- Equipped with a protective cap with the possibility of locking in several positions.
- Provided with an electronic microprocessor programmer to allow the temperature of the liquid in the bathroom to be adjusted to the value chosen by the user.
- Digital display for working parameters.
- Possibility to maintain the set temperature, a period of time chosen by the user.
- Temperature control of the liquid in the bath: from ambient temperature up to max. 150 ° C.
- Stainless steel basket fitting for parts.
- Bubble stirring system in the bath to homogenize the temperature.
- Drain valve at the bottom.
- Bottom retention tank (if any leakage occurs, do not affect the area around the bath.
Oil heating basin:

- Bottom retaining vat (if injuries occur, the area around the bath is not affected.
SC CALORIS GROUP S.A. ensures the calibration of the oven for the working temperature of 100-570 degrees Celsius, according to the international standard SR EN ISO / CEI 170025: 2005, by the RENAR accredited metrological laboratory according to the DKD-R5-7 method; AMS 2750, ensuring uniformity of +/- 5 degrees Celsius.
