The incinerator (the incinerator) complies with the National, European and Western environmental legislation, thus ensuring a correct incineration, both economically and ecologically efficient (thus avoiding large agglomerations in public cemeteries).
These are located within the crematorium, and the process of cremation / incineration of human bodies is carried out on a two-chamber combustion chamber system, each equipped with two-stage gas burners, adjustable on two power stages.
It has two exhaust systems ( a main oneand and an emergency one). The air-to-air heat exchanger allows the heating of the fresh air required for the combustion by releasing the exhaust fumes through their main exhaust system.
Technical features:
- The incineration capacity of the crematorium is 180 kg / batch (corpse).
- The human corps incineration furnace or human crematorium consists of the following main parts:
-The primary combustion chamber (combustion);
-The secondary firing chamber of the crematorium (post-combustion)
- Exhaust system (air-to-air heat exchanger, cyclist route, reaction tower, reactive injection system; filter unit; exhaust system; chimney);
- Emergency exhaust system;
- Ash mixer;
- Coffin insertion device;
-Additional air distribution installation;
-Methane gas installation;
-Feature automation installation;
