CALORIS ovens are designed with modern heating solutions, the heating elements being made of Khantal-Wire, the insulation is made with ceramic fiber material, offering an exceptional heating energy efficiency, the automation is done with controller and PLC.

All equipment and measurement chains are checked, tested and calibrated individually prior to the installation on the oven, providing a guarantee of the truthfulness of the information gathered from the process.

Each oven has standard protection systems which, depending on the nature of the fault, lead to the interruption of the work process, providing safety for the operator as well as for the machine and the batch.

Hot air sterilizers and steam sterilizers are being recertified in accordance with European Directive 93/42 / EEC.

The products are being manufactured during the validity period of the certification with the Notified Body - OTDM Certification and will be delivered with the CE Mark and the Declaration of Conformity.

Products that do not belong to the above category are sold after the recertification process has been completed.
